By using BabyBaby ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
BabyBaby is a baby tracking and memory-keeping application. It provides tools for logging daily activities, creating a digital baby book, and optionally ordering printed memory books.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided except as required by applicable law.
Physical book orders are processed through third-party printing partners. Once an order is submitted to the printer, it cannot be cancelled. Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
You retain ownership of all content (text, photos, etc.) you add to the App. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
AI-generated content (stories, guidance) is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health concerns about your child.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
