Delete Your BabyBaby Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your BabyBaby account and all data associated with it. The BabyBaby app is published by BabyBaby.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. 1Open the BabyBaby app on your device.
  2. 2Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. 3Tap the Settings tab (gear icon).
  4. 4Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  5. 5Confirm by tapping Delete account in the confirmation dialog.

Your account and all associated data are permanently removed from our systems immediately. Any active subscription is also cancelled at the same time.

Option 2 — Email request (if you can't access the app)

  1. 1Send an email to privacy@babybabyapp.com from the email address tied to your account.
  2. 2Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
  3. 3Include the email address of the account you want deleted in the message body.

We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days (typically within a few business days). We'll send a confirmation email when it's done.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

What may be retained

A small amount of data may be kept for legal and operational reasons:

Heads up — collaborators and shared children. If a child profile was created by another caregiver and shared with you, deleting your account only removes your access. The owner's copy of that profile and its data remains with them. If you are the owner, the profile and all its data are deleted for everyone.

Just want to delete some data, not your whole account?

You can delete individual items directly in the app:

For broader requests (for example: “delete all my voice recordings”) email privacy@babybabyapp.com from your account email and we’ll handle it within 30 days.
